Check in time: rooms are available from 3.00 pm.
Check out time: we please our guests to leave the rooms within 10.00 am.
Arrival time limit: we would be grateful if you could inform us by phone in case your arrival is scheduled after 8 pm.
Guaranteed reservation: Leaving a down payment is the only way to guarantee your reservation.
Meals
Guests who will not consume the booked meals will not be entitled to reimbursement.
Payment in Hotel : cash payment or credit cards (only Visa or Mastercard).
Children from 0 to 2 years : are free in our hotel (if they sleep in their parents’ bed or in their own cradle). Cradle (on request): Euro 10,00 per day. The food will be extra-charged.
Pets
Rooms designated for guests traveling with dogs (max 1 small dog) are located on the ground floor or in the dependance (NO CLASSIC ROOMS IN UPPER FLOORS).
We ask for your understanding that we can accommodate your pet, subject to prior notification and acceptance at the time of booking.
We also ask that you bring along a doggy basket or a blanket.
Throughout the hotel area, dogs are allowed if well-behaved and kept on a leash. A final cleaning fee of € 8.00 per day will be charged.
