Reception opening hours:
from 08:00 to 12:30
from 2pm to 9pm.
Arrival (Check-In): the rooms are available from 3.00 pm.
Departure (Check-out): please allow us to make the rooms available to subsequent guests in the most clean and welcoming conditions, vacating them by 10.00 am and handing over the keys to the reception.
Arrival deadline with reservation:
To avoid unpleasant inconveniences, we ask customers with reservations to notify us by telephone if their arrival is expected after 8.00 pm.
Guaranteed booking: The booking is guaranteed only by sending a confirmation deposit.
Meals
Meals booked and not used will not be refunded.
Breakfast time: 08:00 – 10:00
Dinner time: 7.00pm – 8.30pm
Balance at the hotel: we kindly ask you to pay the bill for your stay during reception opening hours. We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard and Pagobancomat credit cards. We do not accept checks or deferred bank transfers.
Children 0 – 2 years: free stay if they sleep in their parents’ bed or in a baby-cot brought by the customer. After checking availability, it is possible to request a baby-cotcot with sides for €10.00 per day (linen included). Meals are excluded and will be calculated based on actual consumption.
Pets (dogs only)
The rooms for guests traveling with dogs (max 1 small breed) in tow are located on the ground floor or in the dependance (NO CLASSIC ROOMS UPPER FLOORS).
We ask for your understanding for being able to welcome your four-legged friends, subject to notification and acceptance at the time of booking.
Please also bring a dog basket or blanket with you.
Dogs are allowed in the entire hotel area if they are well behaved and kept on a leash. For final cleaning, €8.00 per day will be charged.
